2. Offerings

2.1 Services

Therynix provides guided economic training with a spiritual growth focus for directors and business owners. Sessions are delivered live or via video meeting.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital courses, workbooks, and multimedia materials. Access is granted immediately upon completion of payment.

2.3 Goods

Physical books and materials are shipped to your address. Delivery times vary based on region.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance and expressed in Swiss Francs. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Billing details are provided at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a one-on-one session at least 48 hours before its start, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session incur a 50% fee to cover preparation costs. Retreat fees covering venue and facilitators are non-refundable once confirmed, due to third-party commitments.

4.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund of digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, as digital content is immediately accessible.

4.3 Goods

Defective or damaged items may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days of delivery. To submit a request, provide proof of the issue and order details. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive confirmation of the defect. Shipping costs are not refundable. No requests will be accepted after the 14-day period.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of offerings after changes indicates acceptance.
